MINER, Judge.
Urging that the trial court erred in denying his motion to suppress his out-of-court and in-court identification by state's witnesses and his motion for judgment of acquittal based on insufficient evidence, appellant, Thomas Baker, challenges his conviction and sentence for burglary of a dwelling.
