The defendants, TCR, Inc., and Virginia and James Neece, appeal from a preliminary injunction in favor of the plaintiffs, Philip G. Passon (Passon) and P.G. Passon, Inc. (the plaintiffs). The injunction in question enjoins the defendants from removing Passon as a general partner and managing agent of Kingsland Properties, Ltd., and from interfering in the day-to-day management of the partnership.
