Defendants appeal their convictions for distribution of an imitation controlled substance in violation of NMSA 1978, Section 30-31A-4 (Repl.Pamp. 1989). Both Defendants challenge the Imitation Controlled Substances Act, NMSA 1978, §§ 30-31A-1 to -15 (Repl.Pamp. 1989) (the Act), as being unconstitutionally vague and overbroad.
