Following a bench trial in the circuit court of Du Page County, defendant, Desi Chism was convicted of unlawful delivery of more than 15 but less than 100 grams of a substance containing cocaine (720 ILCS 570/401(a)(2)(A) (West 1992)) and was sentenced to a term of six years' imprisonment and fined $9,600.
