Everett Sileven appeals from his convictions and sentences in the United States District Court for the District of Nebraska1 for one count of conspiracy to defraud the United States in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 371 and three counts of mail fraud in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1341. He argues numerous grounds of error which are unpersuasive. We affirm.
