The primary issue presented in this case is whether Wyoming's grandparent visitation statute, Wyo.Stat. § 20-7-101 (Supp. 1992), extends to affording rights of visitation to grandparents when the custodial parent is the grandparents' own child. A secondary issue raised by the custodial parent and his wife is whether the trial court abused its discretion in determining the extent of the visitation rights afforded to the grandparents.
