ALARID, Judge.

Plaintiff appeals the trial court's judgment notwithstanding the verdict (judgment N.O.V.) following a jury trial which denied all recovery in a wrongful death action. Plaintiff argues several issues on appeal, contending the trial court erred in (1) failing to exclude jurors where voir dire revealed them to be prejudiced; (2) failing to order a new trial where the jury verdict apportioning fault equally among one of the Defendants...
