This products liability action arises out of an accident involving an Isuzu Trooper. Defendants, American Isuzu Motors, Inc. and Isuzu Motors America, Inc. ("Isuzu"), removed the case to this Court from the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania.
