On November 18, 1992, defendant, Spencer David Vincent, pled guilty to five counts of indecent behavior with a juvenile, violations of LSA-R.S. 14:81. The trial court sentenced defendant to one year at hard labor on count one, three years at hard labor on count two, three years at hard labor on count three, two years at hard labor on count four, and five years at hard labor on count five.
