This cause was tried to the Court, pursuant to Title VII, 42 U.S.C. 2000e et seq. The trial was held July 26 and July 27, 1994. Plaintiff, a former postal employee, originally brought this suit against Anthony M. Frank, then the Postmaster General, and his successors alleging sexual discrimination and retaliatory discharge for prior Equal Employment Opportunity action...
