This cause was tried to the Court, pursuant to Title VII, 42 U.S.C. 2000e et seq. The trial was held July 26 and July 27, 1994. Frank, then the Postmaster General, and his successors alleging sexual discrimination and retaliatory discharge for prior Equal Employment Opportunity action...
