We have for review Hewett v. State, 588 So.2d 635 (Fla. 5th DCA 1991), based on express and direct conflict with Clark v. State, 579 So.2d 109 (Fla. 1991). We have jurisdiction. Art. V, § 3(b)(3), Fla. Const.
