Our original opinion of January 31, 1992, is hereby withdrawn and the following is substituted therefor.

The appellant was convicted in municipal court of "driving under the influence of alcohol," in violation of § 32-5A-191(a)(2), Code of Alabama 1975. He was fined $500 plus court costs and was sentenced to 30 days in jail, suspended, which sentence was subject to the completion of a substance...
