These consolidated appeals arise from litigation concerning the ownership of a joint bank account and the possible liability of a bank when a subsequent party is added to the account without notice to all parties listed in the original account. In the first case we determine that the trial court erred when it concluded that Patricia Johnston had an ownership interest in the joint account...
