Appellant-defendant Michael McGuire appeals his conviction for criminal mischief.

The evidence relevant to the appeal discloses that on October 15, 1992, Kimberly Bowles, Melissa Lambert and Michael Hockett were at a bar on the westside of Indianapolis.
