OPINION

YOUNG, Justice:

In 1985, a jury convicted appellants Flanagan and Moore of murdering Flanagan's grandparents. Appellants murdered Flanagan's grandparents so that Flanagan could collect insurance proceeds and his inheritance under their wills.
