This case involves plaintiff Jolene Ivey's purchase of used residential property, which she later discovered to have structural damage. She appeals from a summary judgment for the defendants, John Frankle; Mortgage Assistance Corporation ("MAC"); Montgomery Metro Realty, Inc. ("Metro"); Morgan Engineering, Inc.
