This matter is before the Court on the Plaintiff's oral motion for summary judgment prior to trial. The Plaintiff has argued that she is entitled to summary judgment based upon the doctrine of collateral estoppel. The matter was submitted to the Court on the oral arguments presented on June 7, 1993, the exhibits and depositions, and on the record as a whole.
