Claimant appeals from a judgment entered by the Workers' Compensation Judge (WCJ) denying her compensation benefits and dismissing her claim with prejudice. Claimant raises several issues on appeal; however, Employer contests only the issue of whether Claimant sustained an injury "arising out of" her employment as a result of incidents of sexual harassment occurring in the workplace.
