The appellant contends that the district court improperly (1) refused to permit him to withdraw his guilty plea, (2) relied on the appellant's three prior DWI convictions in determining the appellant's criminal history under the Federal Sentencing Guidelines, and (3) included an excess amount in determining the money involved in the money laundering charge to which the appellant pleaded guilty.
