Appellant Jack Hansen appeals from the district court's order granting a summary judgment in favor of Appellee Sheridan County School District # 2 on its claim that Mr. Hansen was not entitled to receive any preference in being rehired under the School District's reduction-in-force (RIF) policy.

We affirm.
