Defendant, James Jones, was charged by bill of information with possession of over 400 grams of cocaine in violation of La.R.S. 40:967 F. He pled guilty pursuant to State v. Crosby, 338 So.2d 584 (La.1976) to the reduced charge of possession of cocaine between 200 and 400 grams. He was sentenced to ten years at hard labor and fined $150,000.00.
