We granted plaintiffs' application for an interlocutory appeal from the denial of their application for a preliminary injunction to enjoin defendants from discharging plaintiffs' daughter from a private group home for the developmentally disabled. Plaintiffs also filed a general notice of appeal believing the order practically disposed of the merits of their cause. We consolidate the appeals and treat this as a general appeal...
