In this post-divorce custody dispute, plaintiff Alex Sarron appeals from a judgment order entered in the circuit court of Peoria County incorporating an oral settlement agreement between Sarron and defendant Alina Lyons which included provisions for custody and visitation. Plaintiff also appeals from the denial of his motion to vacate the judgment without an evidentiary hearing.
