Appellant was tried by a jury in the District Court of Texas County for the offense of Driving Under the Influence, in violation of 47 O.S. 1991, § 11-902, Case No. CRM-91-201. He was found guilty of the crime charged and sentenced to one year imprisonment in the county jail, and fined $1,000. He was also found guilty of the offense of Driving to the Left of Center of Roadway. For this charge, he was sentenced to 10 days imprisonment...
