Plaintiff appeals the district court's orders of July 29, 1992, to the extent they (1) struck plaintiff's demand for a jury, (2) entered summary judgment against plaintiff on her Title VII claim, and (3) declined to permit plaintiff to pursue state law discrimination claims under the Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA).
