BACA, Justice.

Defendant-appellant, Central New Mexico Electric Cooperative (the "Cooperative"), appeals a jury verdict and judgment in favor of plaintiff-appellee, Richard J. Shovelin. The jury determined that the Cooperative and Shovelin had entered into an implied employment contract and that the Cooperative had breached the contract.
