In 1988 Libbey-Owens-Ford Company and LOF Glass, Inc. (collectively referred to as "Libbey") settled a class action suit by 1,412 women who were excluded from employment based on Libbey's minimum height and weight requirements. Pursuant to the settlement agreement, the district court entered a consent decree, which became effective on October 1, 1988. Since that time, the parties have had numerous disputes about interpretation of the decree...
