Presently before this Court are defendants' motions for a stay pending appeal of this Court's Decision and Order entered on April 26, 1993 denying defendants' motions for summary judgment on their defense of qualified immunity, and plaintiff's cross-motion to condition a stay upon the posting of a bond.
