OPINION

BILLINGS, Presiding Judge:

Appellant Tracy Southwick appeals from two rulings of the trial court. First, he appeals from the court's Order determining he was not a beneficiary of Catherine Leone's pay-on-death (P.O.D.) account. Second, he appeals the court's entry of an Order nunc pro tunc which allowed Catherine's conservators, appellees Frank and Sam Leone, to eliminate him as a beneficiary on Catherine's life insurance policy after her death....
