WOLLMAN, Circuit Judge.

Patrick G. McAlinney appeals from the district court's1 judgment in favor of Marion Merrell Dow, Inc. on McAlinney's claims for employment discrimination on the basis of national origin brought under Title VII and the Missouri Human Rights Act. We affirm.
