This is an appeal from a declaratory judgment. Automobile Club Insurance Co. ("Auto Club") began this declaratory judgment action on the issue of auto insurance coverage of William Jackson and his wife, Patricia Jackson ("Jacksons"). The coverage question arose from a car accident involving a car driven by Lisa Marie Nielson ("Nielson"), but owned by the Jacksons.
