This is an appeal from a legal malpractice action brought by Fairway Development Company (Fairway) against the law firm of Petersen, Moss, Olsen, Meacham & Carr (Petersen). Fairway filed suit against Petersen on December 12, 1991 alleging Petersen committed malpractice by failing to appeal tax claims through the proper administrative channels.
