This case concerns the authority of a district judge to modify or revoke a statutorily-mandated term of supervised release. I conclude that 18 U.S.C. § 3583(e) authorizes me to terminate a term of supervised release, regardless of whether the original sentence was required by statute or discretionary under the Sentencing Guidelines ("Guidelines").
