This matter is before this court upon the appeal of Jane Doe, appellant, from the April 15, 1993 judgment of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas, Division of Domestic Relations, Juvenile Branch, which ordered that her complaint be dismissed on the basis that appellant had failed to establish any of the criteria as set forth in R.C. 2151.85(A)(4).
