On March 12, 1991, appellant (Defendant) was convicted by a jury of sodomy pursuant to § 566.060, RSMo 1986, and was sentenced to a term of fifteen years. He appeals both from his conviction, in Case No. 17518, and from the denial of his Rule 29.15 motion, in Case No. 18443.
