This worker's compensation case arises out of a job accident suffered by plaintiff-employee, Alvin Fiffie. Following trial on the merits, plaintiff was found temporarily totally disabled, and judgment was rendered in his favor and against his employer, Borden, Inc., and its worker's compensation insurer, Insurance Company of North America, collectively defendants.
