LEESON, Judge.

Defendant appeals from a judgment for payment due on a contract for the sale of goods. It assigns error to the trial court for (1) striking its defense and counterclaim for breach of implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose; (2) instructing the jury that, as a matter of law, three particular documents constituted a fully integrated contract; and (3) not allowing one of its witnesses to testify about his understanding of one of the terms...
