Defendant, Willie Garth, Jr., was charged by grand jury indictment with two counts of conspiracy to distribute cocaine and one count of distribution of cocaine. Pursuant to a plea bargain, defendant pled guilty to one count of conspiracy to distribute cocaine.1 All other charges against the defendant were dismissed.
