This is an appeal from a judgment rendered by the trial court in a personal injury action.

On the evening of March 22, 1988, Laurie J. Jenkins was a passenger in a Toyota pick-up truck owned and driven by Danny Graham. Graham traveled south on Wheat Road to its intersection with La. Hwy. 42 (a two lane highway which runs in an east-west direction). He turned right onto La. Hwy. 42 traveling in a westerly direction towards the town of Port Vincent...
