This action is brought by plaintiffs Living Music Records ("LMR") and Living Music, Inc. ("LMI") against various corporate and individual defendants, alleging violations of the Copyright Act and RICO, and also asserting a number of statutory and common law claims under New York law. Because we find that we have no subject matter jurisdiction over the supposed copyright claim, and because we find that plaintiffs have not substantiated...
