This matter is before the Supreme Court on the petition for writ of certiorari of David Nunez a.k.a Monica Nunez (defendant) from the Superior Court's denial of the defendant's pretrial motion to suppress evidence. The issue presented is whether a retired justice of the District Court possesses the authority to sign search warrants.
