FLANIGAN, Judge.

A jury found defendant guilty of sodomy. The court found that defendant was a prior offender, a persistent offender, and a Class X offender and imposed a sentence of 30 years' imprisonment. Defendant appeals.

Defendant does not challenge the sufficiency of the evidence to support the conviction. The victim of the offense was his six-year-old niece. Her testimony with regard to the offense was supported...
