Magnum Electric Co., Inc. and its worker's compensation insurer, Cigna Insurance Companies,1 appeal a judgment rendered by a hearing officer in a worker's compensation claim brought by Charles R. Gotte. In the judgment, the hearing officer awarded Gotte supplemental earnings benefits of $227.74 a month, retroactive to November 15, 1991, together with penalties and attorney's fees...
