Coates, appeal from the judgment of the trial court upholding a zoning ordinance enacted by defendants, City of Cripple Creek, its City Council, and the members thereof, Henry Hack, William Fox, Steve Robb, Albert Stephens, and Terry Wahrer, in their official capacity.
