Paula Trippel Faircloth, as plaintiff, filed a suit in the District Court of Tyler County. The appellants here were named defendants. In a jury trial, Paula Faircloth received a favorable jury verdict. The jury's answers were supportive of a judgment based on different causes of actions under different theories of recovery.
