This is an action in the nature of inter-pleader whereby plaintiffs Thelma Ennis and Neta Carden and third-party defendant Carolyn Stout all claim to be entitled to the proceeds of a life insurance policy taken out by Gary W. Stout on his own life while he was married to Carolyn Stout. Thelma Ennis and Neta Carden are the named beneficiaries of the policy.
