No. 93-1448.

622 So.2d 1165 (1993)

International Residential Corp., Petitioner, v. Lawrence Taylor, Receiver, and Joel Sussman, Individually and As Trustee, Respondents.

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Third District.

August 24, 1993.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Richard and Richard and Richard Sarafan, Miami, for petitioner.

Michael H. Wolf, Miami, for respondent Lawrence Taylor.

Before SCHWARTZ, C.J., and HUBBART and COPE, JJ.

PER CURIAM.

International Residential Corporation, plaintiff below, petitions for a writ of certiorari, seeking to quash an order requiring the posting of a bond. Petitioner contends that there is no legal authority which would permit the trial court to require plaintiff to post a bond as a precondition to plaintiff's right to maintain his lawsuit against defendants.
