The subject of this appeal is an action brought by Mani Electrical Contractors (plaintiff) to foreclose its mechanic's lien on property owned by Theodosios E. Kioutas and Anna P. Kioutas (defendants).

Following a trial, plaintiff was awarded $6765.68 plus statutory interest of 5% from August 8, 1984 to the date of the order, July 19, 1991. We affirm.
