GILBERTO HINOJOSA, Justice.

Appellant was indicted for aggravated robbery. Pursuant to a plea bargain, appellant pled guilty to the lesser included offense of robbery, and the trial court ordered a presentence investigation. Upon further proceedings, the trial court rejected the plea bargain, and appellant withdrew his plea. Later, appellant pled nolo contendere to aggravated robbery, and the trial court assessed punishment at fifty years in prison...
