Lakeside, Inc. d/b/a Realty World-Lakeside ("Lakeside") appeals a judgment in favor of Tammy DeMetz in her negligence action. Lakeside presents four issues for our review:

I. Whether the trial court erroneously failed to find that DeMetz's claim is barred by a two year statute of limitations. II. Whether the trial court erroneously failed to find that DeMetz waived a termite inspection pursuant to the terms of the purchase agreement...
